Initial Design Phase (48 Hours)
- Three initial concepts will be delivered within 48 hours of completed brand questionnaire
- Client MUST select their preferred concept within 24 hours of delivery
- No response within 24 hours will pause the project
Refinement Phase (24 Hours)
- ONE round of refinements included
- Client MUST submit ALL refinement requests within 24 hours of concept selection
- Changes must be submitted via our refinement form
Final Delivery
- Final files delivered within 24 hours of refinement approval
- Client MUST confirm receipt within 24 hours
- Project closes automatically after 24 hours of delivery
Revision Limitations
- ONE revision round included
- All revisions must be submitted together
- Additional revision rounds: £49 each
- No structural changes to chosen concept
- No new design concepts after selection
