Service Overview
The Website Maintenance Service provides 1.5 hours (90 minutes) of website updates per month.
This service is available exclusively to current Colloco Marketing clients.
Updates are client-activated, meaning work begins when clients submit their requested changes.
How It Works
Requesting Changes
Clients must submit all change requests in writing via email - sophia@colloco.marketing
Requests should include clear descriptions of needed changes
Screenshots or marked-up PDFs are recommended for complex changes
All requests will receive confirmation of receipt within one business day
Time Management
- Monthly allowance is 1.5 hours (90 minutes)
- Unused time rolls over to the following month
- Maximum rollover accumulation is 4.5 hours (3 months)

Exclusions

Response Times

- Implementation of changes: 3 business days
- Rush requests may incur additional fees
Additional Time
- If monthly allocation is exceeded, additional time will be billed at £75 per hour
- Clients will be notified before any billable overage work begins
- Additional time must be approved in writing
Terms
- Service is billed monthly via subscription
- Unused hours expire after 3 months
- Service can be cancelled with 30 days notice
- Changes must comply with website best practices
- Colloco Marketing reserves the right to refuse changes that may compromise website security or functionality
